Privacy Policy

At globaldocuconnect.com, the protection of your personal information is a key aspect of our approach. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our website or services.

We provide travel services directly and also offer affiliate links to trusted third-party travel providers. When you book a tour with us, we manage the information needed to deliver that service. When you book through an affiliate link, all personal information is collected and handled by the third-party provider. We do not manage or store that information.

This policy is written in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. How Our Services Are Structured

globaldocuconnect.com assists travellers through two service models.

The first is our own tours and experiences. For these services, we collect only the personal details required to confirm bookings, communicate essential information, and support safe travel.

The second model involves affiliate referrals. We may direct you to external providers such as Economybooking.com, Trip.com, Localrent.com, Tiqets, and others. If you proceed with a booking, the external provider controls how your personal data is collected and used. We do not receive booking confirmations, payment details, or personal documentation for these services. We may receive limited, non-identifying referral or tracking information to confirm that a referral has occurred.

Each third-party provider applies its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those policies before making a booking. Their policies outline how your information is managed and safeguarded.
